What happens when you Procrastinate?

Have you ever thought about it? Usually, it starts with you doing your task and then you suddenly get drawn to something else such as a very magnetic distraction like facebook or 9gag. We don’t notice the first few minutes when it happens. We just suddenly get distracted and when we notice it, we tell ourselves we’re procrastinating but we don’t do anything about it. And then you get back to work but you’ve lost hours of productive time already.
